The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-year-old plants located in the municipality of Corte Franca, in the hamlets Ragnoli, Quindicipiò and Gaspa. Vinification: soft pressing, with short maceration for a small portion of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel, refermentation according to the classic method (champenoise).
