Crafted from Malvasia di Candia 90%, Trebbiano 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35-40 years old vines in a vulcanic and mineral soil. Organic cultivation. Vinification: fermentation with natural yeasts in steel vats. Whitout added sulphites.
