Friulano Feudi di Romans

This exceptional Friuli Isonzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Friulano 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on gravelly, sandy and pebble soils near the Isonzo river. Vinification: soft pressing, cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 9 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
