This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Pergola Trentina system in a sandy soil at 330 m above sea level, in Lavis village. Vinification: cold maceration for 8 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and in oak barrels. The wine is aged 10-12 months in steel tanks and, for the 30%, in oak barrels and at least 6 in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
