Gin 'Cold Compound' Tom Time

Hailing from Lombardy, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 45% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sangiovese 60%, Sagrantino 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 40 years old vines in a hilly clayey soil, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats. Without filtrations and with minimum added sulphites. The wine is aged at least 30 months in big Slavonian oak barrels that are 5-70 years old. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
