Gin 'Mossi' Santa Barbara

Hailing from Marche, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 45% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the villages Beines & Chablis from around 40 years old vines planted on calcareous and sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
