Crafted from Solaris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey, calcareous, deep soil with a high percentage of white dolomite rock. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 4 months in oak barrels and 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
