Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Sangiovese 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, with short maceration on the skins for less than 6 days. Malolactic fermentation in barriques.
