Tasting Notes

Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Greco di Tufo DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Greco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a blend of grapes that are born partly on clay soils in Santa Paolina to 400 meters and partly to Prata di Principiato Ultra on clay and limestone soils at 350 meters above sea level. Vinification: in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12-14 months in steel and different years in bottle. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
