This Greco di Tufo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Campania's highest quality classification. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Greco di Tufo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards age of about 20 years, the soil is sandy-clay mixed with sulphurous veins below. Altitude: 500 m / asl with east-facing. Vinification: in white, soft pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged 7 months in steel and 1 or 2 months in the bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
