Crafted from Greco 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on predominantly calcareous clay soils, with the presence of sand, silt and marl, from the vineyards located in 3 different areas: in Montefusco at 500 meters above sea level, in Altavilla Irpina at 550 meters above sea level and in Tufo at 500 meters above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in steel. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
