Crafted from Greco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Altavilla and Tufo, at 350-450 meters above sea level on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel for 2 weeks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
