Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Greco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards age of about 70 years, located 450 meters above sea level, the soil is sandstone - clay. Vinification: manual pressing with a wooden press, fermentation and maceration for 319 days in terracotta amphorae of approximately 200 litres with only indigenous yeasts, without filtration or clarification and without the addition of sulphur dioxide. The wine is aged 6 months in big oak barrels. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
Volcanic soils around Vesuvius give Campania wines a distinctive mineral intensity.
