Crafted from Malvasia 40%, Fiano 30%, Trebbiano 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards on clayey and calcareous soils of medium texture. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 6 days maceration on the skins, Fiano ferments in chestnut vats while the other varieties in steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months on fine lees, 70% in steel and 30% in oak barrels and six months in bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
