Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Eocene soils, composed of alternating marl and sandstone. Vinification: cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel containers.
