Crafted from Caprettone, Falanghina, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards loamy-sandy soils in the area of the Vesuvian countryside. Vinification: cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation for 2 weeks in steel tanks. The wine is aged some monhts in steel tanks on the lees. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
