The fruit is sourced from vineyards medium-textured soils, located in the first hills of the municipalities of Scandiano and Canossa, in the province of Reggio Emilia. Vinification: destemming, maceration on the skins for 12 hours at 15°C, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in tonneaux for 8-10 days.
