Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines cultivated on the hill of Castelvetro of Modena, at 200 metres above sea level, with Cordone Speronato method. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and second fermentation in autoclave according to Charmat/Martinotti method. The wine is aged some months in bottle.
