A fine example of Emilia Romagna winemaking, this Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from sweet grapes from the hill CĂ  del Fiore, cultivated with Cordone Speronato, at 300 metres of altitude. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature and second fermentation process through Charmat/Martinotti method. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and some months in bottle.
