This distinctive wine from Campania embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 34% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on marly soils and lands rich in sandstone. Yield per hectare to 40 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in open wooden tins, 20 days of maceration on the skins. Unfiltered. Very little added sulfur. The wine is aged 30 months in oak casks, 3 months in steel vats. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
