Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 30% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60 years old vines site on marly soils and lands rich in sandstone. Yield per hectare to 40 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in open wooden tins, 20 days of maceration on the skins. Unfiltered. Very little added sulfur. The wine is aged 30 months in oak casks, 3 months in steel vats. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
