The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay soil with light clay fractions. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation for 18/20 days. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel on noble lees, then bottle-ageing for 4 months. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
