Tasting Notes

This exceptional Carso DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in a natural park of the Karst, on calcareous rock and red earth rich in minerals, caressed by La Bora, with a climate characterized by strong temperature ranges. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
