The fruit is sourced from vineyards esposti a sud/ovest, su terreno arenaceo-marnoso, ricco di magnesio e ferro. Vinification: pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
