Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards lehte vineyard located in Prepotto, in the municipality of Duino Aurisina, on soils rich in marine limestone formations and ferrous clays, vines of an average age of 45 years. Vinification: de-stemming, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins in open vats, daily punching down and no temperature control. The wine is aged 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels of different capacities. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
