A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60-80 years old vines rooted in a hilly marny soil in San Floriano del Collio area. Vinification: destemming, maceration on the skins for 12 hours at 15°C, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
