The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines cultivated with Trentino pergola and Guyot on calcareous soils in Faedo, in Valle di Cembra. Vinification: cold pressing with brief skin maceration and alcohol fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. The wine is aged some months in steel.
