Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Negroamaro 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards selected vineyards in the district of Monte La Conca, including San Marzano and Francavilla Fontana, on calcareous soil and rock. Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually in small baskets. Destemming-crushing, cold pre-fermentation maceration (8 ° C) and subsequent start of alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
