Crafted from Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are older than 40 years. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats with maceration for 40 days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 60 months in old barriques, part of them not full-filled, with formation of flor yeasts. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
