This exceptional Nuragus di Cagliari DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nuragus 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and clayey soils, of medium texture, from vines grown in the lower Sulcis. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel and concrete vats.
