Crafted from Ansonica 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and clay soil at 50 mt asl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts without temperature control in acacia wood barrels.
