The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Caiazzo, on clayey soils with the presence of a structure, cultivated with green manure and spontaneous grassing. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation by indigenous stainless steel yeasts. The wine is aged 20 months in oak and stainless steel tonneaux.
