This distinctive wine from Lombardy embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 10% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from White and red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a morenic chalky soil rich in clay, faced to South and South-East. Late harvest. Vinification: short drying of lat harvested grapes, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature and, for the 35%, in small white oak barrels. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
