This exceptional Noto DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Moscato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on very calcareous and stony soils with clayey fraction. Vinification: grapes harvested at the end of August and dried for about 40 days in a ventilated environment, subsequent fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
