'Pathos' Santa Barbara

Hailing from Marche, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 34%, Merlot 34% and Syrah 33%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 260 metres above sea level on mixed soils with North-East exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
