With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Picolit 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards half of the grapes is late harvested, the other half is dried in wooden boxes. Vinification: fermentation with only indigenous yeats in new barrique from Troncais.
