Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pignolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 18 years old vines site on locally "ponka" soils. Yield per hectare to 40 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: de-stemming, spontaneous fermentation with maceration in oak casks for 60-90 days. No fining, unfiltered with little sulfur added. The wine is aged 60 months in second-hand barriques, 60 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
