Pinot Bianco Vigneti Le Monde

A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Friuli Grave DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and limestone soil with Guyot system. Vinification: cold maceration for 24-36 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
