This Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey soils characterised by sandstone marl stratification of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months in steel and 1 month in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
