This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly terrain of the Valle dei Laghi north of Lake Garda. Vinification: gently pressed grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in oak barrels of 225 l and 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
