Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on soils composed of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels.
