This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot and the Pergola Trentina system in a sandy soil at 270 m above sea level, in Lavis and Trento. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
