Pinot Grigio Livio Felluga

A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot training on marl and sandstone soils of Eocene origin. Vinification: the pressed grapes are left to macerate for a short period, followed by clarification by decantation, where the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
