Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot training on marl and sandstone soils of Eocene origin. Vinification: the pressed grapes are left to macerate for a short period, followed by clarification by decantation, where the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
