This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot trained vines on soils based on silt and limestone clay in marl and sandstone formations, in the municipalities of Farra, San Floriano and Cormons. Vinification: de-stemmed grapes, cold macerazinoe and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
