This distinctive wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at about 90 meters with north-east exposure on soils composed of marl, clay and silt. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation for each individual cru with light maceration on the skins in open barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in cement and old barrique.
