Pinot Grigio Ramato Ronco Severo

This distinctive wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 150 metres above sea level on soils rich in marls locally called 'ponca'. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in casks with indigenous yeasts with skins maceration without controlled temperature. Unfiltered and bottled in waning moon. The wine is aged 23 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hl. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
