The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted on an hilly soil made of marl and sandstone, faced South-West and North-East. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts of 6 months in terracotta amphorae. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks.
