'Poliedro' Macerato Vigneti Repetto

This distinctive wine from Piedmont embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ponkler vineyard, at 700 metres above sea level on soils rich in porphyry with south, south-east esposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel with long contact with the skins. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 24 months in bottle.
