This Pomino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Tuscany terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and other white grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot system on sandy and draining soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel with maceration on the skins for 2 months. The wine is aged 4 months in steel, 3 in barriques. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
