'Ponka' Magnum Paraschos

Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 25%, Sauvignon 25%, Friulano 25%, Ribolla Gialla, Picolit, Verduzzo, Pinot Bianco 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Slatnik vineyard in San Floriano and Oslavia, north-east exposure, on marly-clayey soil, at 250 mt of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in oak casks with long maceration on the skins. Without added sulphites and without filtrations. The wine is aged 36 months in big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
